Annuisource Network™
A National Executive Search Growth Platform
Supporting experienced business development and executive search professionals in building and growing businesses through a shared operating platform, proven business model, and centralized infrastructure.
A Platform Built for Experienced Executive Search Professionals
The next step in your career isn’t necessarily another employer…..
For many executive search professionals, career progression follows a familiar path: joining a larger firm, accepting a leadership role, or moving to another organization. While each can provide new opportunities, they often leave one question unanswered:
What if the next step isn’t another employer, but an opportunity to become one?
The Annuisource Network was created for experienced search professionals who have demonstrated the ability to develop client relationships, generate business, and create long-term value. Rather than building everything from the ground up, the Annuisource Network provides a shared operating platform, proven business model, and centralized infrastructure designed to support long-term business growth under the Annuisource® brand.
If you’re ready to build on the relationships, experience, and business development expertise you’ve already earned, the Annuisource Network™ offers a different path forward.
The Opportunity
A select group of highly qualified professionals will have the opportunity to become Founding Managing Directors, leading the growth and expansion of Annuisource® across strategically selected national markets. As the inaugural leaders of their markets, Founding Managing Directors will be recognized for helping establish the Annuisource Network and will be eligible for founder-specific benefits available during the Network’s initial expansion and throughout their tenure.
Each market is managed and led by the Managing Director, who is responsible for developing the Annuisource presence through business development, long-term client relationships, and the continued growth of executive search capacity powered by the Annuisource Capacity Model™.
Managing Directors are supported by the Annuisource Operating System™ and by the centralized business infrastructure of the Annuisource Network™.
Annuisource and the Capacity Model
Traditional executive search has historically been delivered through two primary models: contingency recruiting and retained search. While both serve an important purpose, they are generally initiated only after a leadership hiring need arises.
When leadership hiring is managed only after growth accelerates, an acquisition closes, a succession plan changes, or a key executive departs, organizations are often left reacting to events rather than preparing for them. This lack of leadership continuity can create unnecessary business disruption and ultimately becomes an unpredictable and unmanaged hiring risk.
The Annuisource Capacity Model™ was developed as a structured, proactive approach to leadership search designed to improve predictability, strengthen leadership continuity, and provide organizations with an ongoing framework for managing recurring leadership hiring needs. Rather than responding to hiring needs one search at a time, the Capacity Model™ transforms leadership search from a reactive hiring event into a planned business function.
This proactive philosophy became the foundation of the Annuisource Annual Recruiting Partnership. Rather than engaging executive search only after a leadership need emerges, organizations establish dedicated leadership search capacity through a structured, long-term partnership designed to improve planning, reduce leadership hiring risk, and support evolving business priorities with greater predictability and continuity.
Is Capacity Right for You?
If you’ve built your career in contingency or retained executive search, the Capacity Model™ may feel different and that’s intentional. Rather than replacing traditional executive search models, the Capacity Model™ introduces a third approach focused on proactive leadership planning, long-term client relationships, and recurring executive search capacity.
For decades, contingency and retained search have served as the industry’s two primary business models. The Annuisource Capacity Model™ expands those options by offering an alternative designed to bring a risk management approach to organizations with recurring leadership hiring needs.
The question isn’t whether one model is better than another. Each serves a different purpose. The question is whether you see proactively engaging clients as an opportunity to expand your executive search business beyond individual engagements by helping organizations manage leadership continuity over the long term.
The Annuisource Relationship
The relationship between Annuisource and its Managing Directors is built around shared objectives, shared growth, and shared success. Rather than a traditional employer-employee relationship, both parties are invested in expanding client relationships, growing leadership search capacity, and strengthening the Annuisource brand.
Your Select Market
Every Managing Director has the opportunity to lead the growth and expansion of Annuisource within a chosen market. Success is built through business development, long-term client relationships, and the continued expansion of leadership search capacity.
A Shared Business Relationship
Annuisource and its Managing Directors are united by shared objectives, shared growth, and shared success. Rather than a traditional employer-employee model, both parties are invested in expanding client relationships, growing leadership search capacity, and strengthening the Annuisource brand.
A Shared Business Model
Both operate under the Annuisource Capacity Model™ with the same client philosophy and long-term objectives.

Shared Growth
As Annuisource markets grow, revenue generated within each market is shared between the Managing Director and Annuisource. This shared revenue model aligns the long-term interests of both parties, encouraging continued investment in business development, market expansion, brand growth, and the ongoing evolution of the Annuisource platform.
